DORMAA EAST DISTRICT ASSEMBLY FORMS TASKFORCE TO FACILITATE DECONGESTION EXERCISE

To facilitate the smooth execution of the decongestion exercise, the Assembly constituted a decongestion task force. The task force was mandated to enforce compliance with the relocation directive, maintain order and ensure proper traffic management along the affected transport corridors, monitor activities within and around the lorry station to prevent unauthorized operations, liaise with the transport operators and provide feedback to the Assembly during the transitional phase. The task force commenced work immediately upon its establishment and continues to provide operational oversight.
