Dormaa East District Assembly Leads Clean-Up Initiative

On October 3, 2025, the Dormaa East District Assembly, in collaboration with the Asuotiano, Asuhyiae, and Nseseresu Traditional Councils, organized a clean-up exercise to promote community participation in sanitation efforts. The initiative brought together a diverse group of stakeholders, including the Hon. District Chief Executive, Hon. Member of Parliament, District Co-ordinating Director, Traditional leaders, Assembly members, Assembly staff, Police, BNI, Youth groups, and Market women.

The clean-up exercise covered public spaces, main streets, and markets, with participants working together to beautify their communities. In his closing remarks, the Hon. District Chief Executive thanked participants for their hard work and encouraged them to maintain the cleanliness of their communities. He also expressed hope that the initiative would be extended to other parts of the district.
