This initiative is a significant step towards modernizing and digitizing the Local Government Service&#8217;s operations, with the goal of boosting productivity and improving service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>On October 3, 2025, a one-day Smart Workplace training was organized to equip staff with the skills needed to effectively utilize the digital platform for official communication, documentation, and workflow management.
