Paul Apreku Twum-Barimah, as part of efforts to empower women in entrepreneurship, has donated a cash amount of twenty thousand Ghana cedis (Ghc20,000) to the Royal Beauty Queens, a group of Women in Soap production based in the Constituency at Ampenkro.<\/p>\n<p>The donation which was made during the Dormaa East District&#8217;s 2nd General Assembly Meeting at the Assembly&#8217;s Conference Hall, held on 21st July 2023, had the purpose to deliberate on the developmental agenda of the district.<\/p>\n<p>According to Hon. Twum Barimah, &#8220;the objective of this cash donation is to empower women and Young Entrepreneurs in the Constituency, catalysing economic growth, driving poverty eradication and ensuring job creation&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Hon. Janet Asamoah, a member and assemblywoman for Ampenkro, Amenfi who received the donation on behalf of the Women&#8217;s group expressed gratitude to the MP and commended him for making women empowerment and entrepreneurship a major priority, adding that the donation was timely and would help to expand training to additional women and also enable them to furnish their production center for a full scale commercial productions of their Soap making venture.<\/p>\n<p>Hon. Paul Apreku Twum-Barimah (MP) was joined by Hon.
